All the following courses are taught at the Bloomsburg Chapter (119 E. Seventh Street, Bloomsburg, PA). Course fees include all materials, including textbooks. Class fees are non-refundable. Advance registration and payment are required, as class size is limited (filled on a first-come, first served basis). If you need to register for a class immediately, your best choice is to pay on-line to reserve your space. Schedule subject to change.

Bloomsburg Chapter Class Policies:

 

Payment: All classes MUST be pre-paid. We can not accept payment at the door unless arrangements are made is advance.

 

Refund: If the class is cancelled by the Chapter for any reason, you will be given at least 24 hours notice (except when due to inclement weather) If you are unable to re-schedule, a full refund or the ability to transfer to another program of the same value will be offered. If you fail to attend your scheduled class without giving 72-hour notification, there will be NO REFUND and NO TRANSFER to another program.

 

Transfer/Cancellation: You may transfer or cancel a class if we are notified at least two full working days in advance so we may fill your space. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but refunds, or transfers may not be honored if made without sufficient notice. A 20% processing fee will be charged for all cancellations and transfers. No refunds or transfers are available for individuals who fail to show up for class.

 

Certificate Replacement: You may obtain a replacement certificate at the Chapter in which you were trained. There is a $5.00 replacement fee on all cards. We can not replace expired certificates, only active one can be reprinted.

 

Recommended Dress: Please dress comfortably. Most skills are done on the floor. NO LIPSTICK should be worn for CPR classes. (This stains the manikins).

 

Attendance: We ask that you try to arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the scheduled class time. In order to maximize training time class starting times are firm. The instructor reserves the right to have a closed door policy once the class starts. No one will be admitted to a class who is more that 15 minutes late. You will need to re-schedule for the next available class. If you do not attend the class and/or fail to notify us prior to class, there will be NO REFUNDS. You will need to re-register and pay for another class.

 

Person with special needs: Please call in advance to request any special needs you may have. Should you be pregnant, or have an injury, we ask that you consult with your physician before registering for a class.

 

Parking: Is available free of charge in the front and side of the building at 119 East 7th Street.
